Individual therapy is offered to individuals 18+. All services are offered via telehealth and NOW in-person at our Raleigh, NC office (Saturday Availability).

60 Minute Initial Evaluation- $180

50-55 Minute Individual Session-$150

At Healing Waves, we currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, and United Health Care. Additionally, private pay (credit/debit cards).

We do offer sliding scale options ranging from $100-$150.

BCBS PPO, Indemnity, Blue Value, Blue Care & BCBS State Health Plan insurance accepted. Now accepting clients. If you have BCBS coverage please refer to this page on how to verify your coverage.
